I’m back again, but this time for my own guest post! Remember last month I debuted my first Flavorful Friday guest post for Sarah from There She Goes? Well, I’m back again with another awesome recipe for you all!
I realized the other day that even though the tagline on my blog is “Healthy Eating with a Sweet Tooth on Top”, I haven’t shared a sweet treat with you in a long time. Part of the reason is because I’m not eating processed sugar right now so that significantly limits my options, but honestly it’s still no excuse!
So I thought today was the perfect day to share a no processed sugar dessert with you. What’s better is that the secret ingredient in these brownie truffles makes them super fudgy yet still low-fat and high-fiber. What’s not to love about that?
Warning: They are pretty addicting. But don’t worry because since they are a mindful treat you don’t have to feel guilty about eating more than one!
Hop over to Sarah’s blog to get the recipe. And don’t forget to leave her a comment while you’re there to let her know you stopped by!
And in case you missed it, Sarah wrote an awesome guest post for me on Wednesday about Starting a Healthy Lifestyle!

Hi Kristen!!!
How’s the Magnolia state??? We miss you in Okinawa!!! Prunes, really??? Can I leave them out???
Leslie!!! It’s so good to hear from you!! Things are going well here, but we’re still in TX for now. We don’t move to MS until August. You could leave the prunes out, but they won’t be low-fat or high-fiber anymore
. You could try substituting dates though! Say hi to everyone for me. I miss you guys!
I absolutely love your pictures and your recipes.
Awww thank you! That means a lot to me
