One of my goals when I first started this blog was to share some mindful tips with you once in a while. I wrote a few mindful tips posts, but did not write nearly as many has I had hoped.
The mindful tips posts are among my most popular posts though so I thought I better get back into it. Because after all, this blog is for you!
