Did You Know….Mindful Tips and News from Around the Web

One of my goals when I first started this blog was to share some mindful tips with you once in a while.  I wrote a few mindful tips posts, but did not write nearly as many has I had hoped.

The mindful tips posts are among my most popular posts though so I thought I better get back into it.  Because after all, this blog is for you!

So, from here on out, I will be sharing at least two mindful tips posts per month.  I hope you enjoy them!
