Since Halloween is right around the corner I thought it was only fitting that I do a post with some Halloween recipes. There are tons of great ideas floating around out there so I thought I would compile some of them here to make life a little easier for those of you looking for some Halloween-inspired treats to make this weekend.

Last weekend we went to Tommy’s house for a Halloween Feast. It was a lot of fun and the food was top-notch (as if we would expect anything less from Tommy 
). The menu for our Halloween Feast included:
Veggie Bones
Moldy Cheese Ball
Cream of Fungus Soup
Scary Salad
Roasted Monster Toe Potatoes
Bat Meat with Frankenstein Sauce
Severed Fingers*

. Unfortunately I missed taking a picture of the Bat Meat and Monster Potatoes because I was too busy enjoying my food….oops!

*For the severed fingers, I tried to cut time by using my own super-fast sugar cookie recipe, but the cookies grew a lot during baking so I would recommend you follow Martha Stewart’s recipe because she probably accounted for that.
