I can’t believe it’s already Friday—this week has flown by! I think it’s because my cousin is in town. Whenever we have visitors the time seems to go by way too fast. We have been spending our days sightseeing and relaxing on the beach….rough life, I know
. We’re going to Tokyo next week, but I have some yummy recipes lined up for while we are gone and hopefully Tommy will be back on Tuesday to start his regular posts again so stay tuned!
In case you missed any posts this week, here is a recap of what we posted:
Balsamic Roasted Strawberries
Carrot Spice Muffins
Daring Baker’s Challenge: Croissants
Indonesian Pork Tenderloin with Eggplant Chips
64 Ideas for Using Pumpkin this Fall
And here is a sample of some of the recipes I pinned this week:
Peach and Brie Quesadillas with Lime-Honey Dipping Sauce (from Cooking Light)
5-Layer Greek Dip (from The Lovely Cupboard)
Eggplant, Ricotta, and Parmesan Bake (from Donna Hay)
Chicken Shawarma (from Manu’s Menu)
Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin (from Mel’s Kitchen Café)
Nutella Hot Cocoa (from Cookin’ Cowgirl)
Apple Cider Cupcakes with Apple Cider Cream Cheese Frosting (from Sweet Tooth Sweet Life)
And just because I don’t like to write a blog post without including any pictures, here is a picture of my cousin Kate and me in Jusco–a Japanese grocery/department store. I’m holding some sort of beauty mask and Kate is holding something that is supposed to reduce smile lines. Haha–I love the random products they sell here!
